Crash victim named

A woman passenger who was killed when a skip truck overturned on the A420 near Faringdon on Tuesday has been named as Samantha Gibbs, 33, of Ham Lane, Kempsford, Gloucestershire.

The driver, who also died at the scene, was multi-millionaire businessman David McDowell, of East Hendred, near Wantage, the owner of Grove-based skip hire and recycling company Aasvogel.
