Quarry Nomads 0, Chipping Norton Tn 3
Chipping Norton cruised into the final of the Brian Wells Memorial Trophy with a convincing victory away to last seasons's Division 1 East champions Quarry Nomads.
In an even first half, both sides cancelled each other out before Chippy took the lead on the 43rd minute. A mix-up between Quarry's Bateman and keeper Lee Joshua on the stroke of half time left Leon Canning to tap the ball home from ten yards.
The second goal came on the hour when an an eight-man move resulted in Gary Wright's cross being met on the volley by Robbie Wyatt.
Quarry's Liam O'Callagan's shot was well saved by Jeremy Winter in the Chippy goal and the visitors wrapped things up with Canning's second.
Chippy now face Slimbridge in the final this Saturday.
Witney Utd 3, Bicester Tn 0
Witney produced an impressive performance against Hellenic League Premier Division opponents Bicester in Saturday's pre-season friendly.
The first goal came on 23 minutes when a long ball over the defence from Martin Hall found Ricky King who controlled well and fired home.
King made No 2 when he squared the ball to Daniel Sollis who cheekily back-heeled the ball into the far corner.
The second-half saw plenty of substitutions and one paid dividends almost immediately for Witney when Sollis steered the ball into the path of substitute Lee Cook, who fired home the third.
AFC Wallingford 1, Beaconsfield SYCOB 1
An under-strength AFC Wallingford did well to force a draw against a well-organised Beaconsfield SYCOB team.
Home keeper Paul Strudley had to be alert as Beaconsfield threatened, and the visitors took the lead after 35 minutes with a brilliant shot on the turn.
Wallingford rarely looked like equalising until well into the second half, when Phil Wise crossed again for Alex Darke, who drove a low shot in off a post.
Didcot Tn 0, Banbury Utd 2
Goals from Andrew Stidder and Liam O'Neill (pen) gave Banbury victory at Didcot in a friendly.
