Campaigners fighting to save Oxford's Plater College have been given the right to represent themselves in a High Court bid to sue four Catholic Archbishops acting as trustees.
The Plater College Foundation, set up in January to oppose the planned closure of the Headington residential college, appeared at Birmingham High Court as part of their attempt to sue the college's trustees and governors for breach of trust.
Former Plater College student John Rhys-Burgess was given leave to represent the Foundation in the case.
