Oxford Harlequins will play this year's runners-up and arch rivals Chinnor in the first round of the Oxfordshire Cup.
But Henley Hawks will not be defending their title, which means a place in the draw for Henley Wanderers.
The Hawks' Alliance XV lifted the cup in April after a 20-18 win over Chinnor, who will fancy their chances if they come through the trip to Harlequins.
After this year's final, Chinnor director of rugby Lynn Evans suggested expanding the tournament to include Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, but they have yet to register interest.
FULL DRAW
Grove v Henley Wanderers, Oxford Harlequins v Chinnor, Banbury v Witney. Chipping Norton bye. Ties must be played by February 5.
There will be a repeat of this year's Oxfordshire Shield final in round one after Littlemore were given a home draw with Wallingford.
FULL DRAW
Preliminary Round: Abingdon v Wheatley, Blue Boar v Didcot. Ties must be played by November 27. First Round: Bicester v Harwell, Abingdon/Wheatley v Gosford All Blacks, Oxford v Blue Boar/Didcot, Littlemore v Wallingford. Ties must be played by January 15.
