OXFORD Harlequins upset the form book by beating Chinnor 15-3 to reach the semi-finals of the Oxfordshire Rugby Cup at Horspath Road yesterday.
Tries by flanker Dan Bonanno and centre Charlie Mawle gave Quins a shock victory against their high-flying South West 1 rivals to earn a semi-final at home to Chipping Norton on Sunday, February 26.
Chinnor, last year's losing finalists are in the thick of the promotion race, while Quins are hovering anxiously just above the relegation zone.
The other two quarter-finals were much closer affairs. Witney drew 10-10 away to Banbury, but go through to the last four as the away side.
They will now play Henley Wanderers, who scrambled home 13-12 against Grove.
